युवाओं के लिए अपने स्वयं के कौशल को बढ़ाने और स्थानीय स्तर पर सरकारी योजनाओं के साथ लोगों को जोड़ने, बाजार की व्यवस्था और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था में कौशल वृद्धि करने का एक अवसर Opportunity for young, dynamic individuals to enhance their own skills and engage people with Govt schemes at the local level, link markets and skill development activities for the rural economies.
पुल की भूमिका Role of a Bridge
कौशल मित्र एनएसडीसी और अन्य सरकारी तथा गैर सरकारी प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के बीच एक कड़ी के रूप में काम करेंगे. वे लोगों को आजीविका में वृद्धि के लिए अपने कौशल को बढ़ाने में मदद करेंगे
Kaushal Mitra will work as a link between NSDC and other Govt & Non-Govt Institutions. They will help people to understand the various schemes to enhance their skills to earn more.
कोर्स पूरा होने के बाद After Course Completion
एक वर्ष का प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने के बाद, कौशल मित्र अपने क्षेत्र में किसी भी प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के साथ पूर्णकालिक समन्वयक बन सकते हैं। वे अपना स्वयं का प्रशिक्षण संस्थान भी शुरू कर सकते हैं या विशेष परामर्श कार्यक्रम के तहत उद्यमी बन सकते हैं।
After completing one year Training , Kaushal Mitra may become full time coordinator with any Training Institute in their area. They may also start their own training institute or may become entrepreneur under special mentorship program.
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का सारांश Training Program Summary
यह 600 घंटे का गहन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम है। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के 2 भाग हैं. This is 600 Hours intensive training program. This training program has 2 parts:
- भाग-1: 100 घंटे ऑनलाइन सैद्धांतिक प्रशिक्षण । साप्ताहिक लाइव ऑनलाइन प्रश्नोत्तरी सत्र। कोर्स पाठ्यक्रम नीचे दिया गया है। Part-1: 100 Hours Online Theoretical Training. Weekly live online QA sessions. Course curriculum is given below.
- भाग-2: 500 घंटे कौशल आधारित फील्ड वर्क । आप प्रशिक्षण के दौरान सीखे गए किसी भी विषय पर अपने कौशल को निखारने के लिए विशेषज्ञों से परामर्श कर सकते हैं। Part-2: 500 Hours skill based field work. You can consult with experts on any topic learnt during the training to refine your skills.
