यह 15 घंटे का सैद्धांतिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम है। यह कार्यक्रम यूजीसी क्रेडिट मानदंडों के अनुसार 1 क्रेडिट के लिए है। मुख्य फोकस क्षेत्रों में शामिल हैं (1) जागरूकता और शिक्षा: छात्रों को विरासत के महत्व के बारे में शिक्षित करने के लिए कार्यशालाएं, हेरिटेज वॉक और विशेषज्ञ वार्ता आयोजित करना। (2) सामुदायिक जुड़ाव: पारंपरिक प्रथाओं और शिल्पों को सीखने और उनका समर्थन करने के लिए स्थानीय समुदायों के साथ छात्रों की बातचीत को सुविधाजनक बनाना। (3) डिजिटल एडवोकेसी एवं वर्चुअल हेरिटेज रिपॉजिटरी : जागरूकता बढ़ाने और वर्चुअल हेरिटेज रिपॉजिटरी बनाने के लिए सोशल मीडिया, ब्लॉग और डिजिटल कहानी कहने का लाभ उठाना। This is 15 hours theoretical training program. This program is for 1credits as per UGC credit norms. Key Focus Areas include (1) Awareness & Education: Conducting workshops, heritage walks, and expert talks to educate students on the importance of heritage. (2) Community Engagement: Facilitating student interaction with local communities to learn and support traditional practices and crafts. (3) Digital Advocacy and Sustainable Heritage Practices: Leveraging social media, blogs, and digital storytelling to amplify awareness and create virtual heritage repositories.

विरासत संवर्धन और संरक्षण में छात्रों की जागरूकता और सक्रिय भागीदारी बढ़ाना। कॉलेजों में विरासत से संबंधित गतिविधियों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने वाले छात्र-नेतृत्व वाले एकम क्लबों की स्थापना। स्थानीय विरासत की डिजिटल स्टोरीटेलिंग का निर्माण। स्थायी विरासत प्रबंधन के लिए समुदाय-छात्र भागीदारी को मजबूत करना।
Increased awareness and active participation of students in heritage Promotion and protection. Establishment of student-led Ekam Clubs focusing heritage related activities in colleges. Creation of digital Storytelling of local heritage. Strengthening of community-student partnerships for sustainable heritage management.
पुल की भूमिका Role of a Bridge
विरासत मित्र समुदाय, सरकारी और गैर-सरकारी संस्थाओं के बीच कड़ी का काम करेंगे। वे लोगों को विरासत के संरक्षण और प्रचार-प्रसार के महत्व और रचनात्मक अर्थव्यवस्था में इसकी भूमिका को समझने में मदद करेंगे।
Virasat Mitra will work as a link between community, Govt and Non-Govt Institutions. They will help people to understand the importance of preserving & propagating the heritage and its role in creative economy.
बेसिक कोर्स पूरा होने के बाद After Basic Course Completion
बेसिक कोर्स पूरा करने के बाद, विरासत मित्र अपने क्षेत्र में या किसी विरासत स्थल या अमूर्त विरासत संरक्षण और प्रसार के लिए पूर्णकालिक समन्वयक बन सकते हैं। वे अपना खुद का स्टार्ट-अप भी शुरू कर सकते हैं या कौशल गुरुकुलम में विशेष मार्गदर्शन कार्यक्रम के तहत विरासत क्षेत्र में उद्यमी बन सकते हैं।
After completing basic course, Virasat Mitra may become full time coordinator in their area or for any heritage site or for intangible heritage preservation & propagation. They may also start their own start-up or may become entrepreneur in heritage domain under special mentorship program at Kaushal Gurukulam.
